We encourage you to read all the Summit information prior to registering.

- Registration cancellations received before Sept 1 are eligible for a refund, minus $75 administrative and non-recoverable costs fee.

- Non-Fellow Educators, Early Career Researchers and Emerging Artists, we encourage you to seek funding from your School/University/organization. If you are unable to use professional development funds and need financial assistance, please use the Summit Form to apply for financial assistance.
What’s Included
- Two full days of engaging facilitated sessions
- Morning coffee/tea and lunch on Friday and Saturday
- Thursday night opening event and Friday night musical performance
- Saturday evening celebration (includes dinner)
- Optional facilitated mentor/mentee connections
- Opportunities to network with fellow participants to build community and connection
*Polar STEAM Fellows will also have events on Thursday and Friday prior to the evening event and performance
