Michelle Cauley is a lifelong learner and educator. After spending 15 years teaching K-12 in a variety of positions (STEAM coordinator, elementary teacher, science specialist) she moved to North Dakota to teach at Dakota College at Bottineau to inspire the next generation of science enthusiasts. With a Bachelors in Education, a Masters in Environmental Geoscience, Michelle is spending time to also complete her PhD in Environmental Studies while still teaching courses in Soil Science, Natural Resources, Geology, and Environmental Science. In her spare time she’s a Girl Scout troop leader, a paleontology dig enthusiast and an avid sportswoman who loves hunting, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.
